The survey made by Revolusi Habib recently found that the tourists from China and Arab are the groups with the most uncivilized and impolite manner when they travel to other country especially Malaysia. The survey conducted by few observers from the locals in islands and also in few high star rated hotels in peninsular Malaysia.
Among the things that considered as impolite and uncivilized by the observers are the way they use the facilities and also the way they behave when they are in public areas. The tourists from these countries do not know how to queue to wait for their turn and also they keep scrambling when to do some activities and also during the meal time in hotel such as breakfast, lunch or dinner. Besides that, they do not use polite words to the hotel staffs or the locals and sometime few of them use the vulgar words to the locals resulting to the confrontation and fight.
Hotel staffs in the survey location also mention the same thing to our crews after the survey and observation have been done.
For the record, once in a week, there are tourists from Arab countries being arrested due to fighting with local Malaysians.
